Hot Sake Charter

Mission

To provide a positive and inclusive environment for both new and experienced paddlers to enjoy and excel in the sport of dragon boating.

To maintain team size at the point of having two Hot Sake teams at one or more races each year.
To rank in the top 25% at one or more major races each year.
To foster a welcoming and satisfying environment for all paddlers to enjoy dragon boating together as a cohesive team.
To create a challenging and rewarding experience for dedicated paddlers who want to improve and advance.
To build a team infrastructure that ensures the team�s future growth and operations. This includes areas such as coaching, calling/tilling, volunteering, recruiting, etc.

Paid members of Club SAKE.

Selection criteria vary for each race and are usually based on practice attendance and/or paddling performance.
